Dwell/ing

Home is where the heart is, but a house is not necessarily a home. During the Covid 19 pandemic I have been pondering the concept of home vs. house, as all of us nestle into our dwellings to attempt to stay safe. For some, this is a new reality, for others like myself, it is not drastically off of normal. As an introvert by nature, I have always been a “homebody” I loved Architectural Digest as a kid, and considered becoming an architect until I discovered the math involved. I used to spend hours designing my dream home, complete with special rooms just for plants, lots of different animals, and themes i.e. the East Asian Room, the Atrium, and the Cat Room to name a few! Houses have cropped up in my dreams and artwork throughout my lifetime, but it was only fairly recently that I gave the WHY? much thought. I am more consciously going to begin an exploration down this rabbit hole (another home!) with the explorations going up for sale as well as show. I hope you will follow me into my neighborhood.
