All of these cuties are created using repurposed and/or recycled stained glass on waterproof Wedi™backerboard, then grouted using premium Laticrete™grout for exterior or interior hanging. They are painted on the backs with premium 25yr exterior paint to give them a finished look. All have steel hanging hooks, and are shown in the orientation they will take once hung.

Each is one-of-a-kind and due to the reuse of materials may have some small scratches on the glass.

*Although these are designed for both interior and exterior, if you live in an especially cold climate you might want to bring them indoors for the winter to lengthen their life.

I took the opportunity to do a series of small panels, that I then took to Bend, OR for the Bright Place Gallery’s annual show. They had an enormous show – 2000 pieces! Anywho, this one is still hanging around the studio looking for it’s forever home.

Marble and smalti (Italian glass) on a bed of gray and black thinset, all on a handmade thinset and fiberglass mesh substrate. Ready to hang!
